I am a custom cake and cookie artist located in Wasaga Beach, Ontario who specializes in celebration cakes, sculpted cakes, and custom sugar cookies. My love of baking began in high school but I have always had a passion for the arts.

 

 After high school, I took a course at Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts. There I learned how to combine my love of baking with my creative artistic abilities. After completing the course with great distinction, I began working at Bonnie Gordon College alongside artists I had admired for years.

 

 I have worked as a cake designer in multiple bakeries in Toronto, but chose to run my own custom cake business so I could freely explore my creativity. When I am not creating custom cakes for clients, I teach baking and cake design at Humber College.

 

 I am a multi-award winning cake artist, taking home 1st place in the first cake competition I entered and 2nd place in the second cake competition I entered. I have created custom confections for many celebrities including Hilary Duff, Wayne Gretzky, AQUA, Priyanka (The winner of Canada's Drag Race), and Dustin Pedroia of the Boston Red Sox.
